The NR2 executive team will collaborate with your managers to identify the “in the market” opportunities from your DMS and CRM by analyzing both service and sales databases. Next, the NR2 compliance team will then deduplicate the list, verify active mobile numbers, certify video content, and register the TFN with all mobile carriers. Lastly, the NR2 executive team will provide your sales manager, and sales associate the necessary plans and support materials for success.
Main Event – Mobile Video Messaging Sequence
First Video: 5-7 days prior to the start of the main event, your first Video Message is sent to everyone on the list.
Second Video: 2 days prior to the start of the main event, your second Video Message is sent to all inactive participants.
Third Video: 1 day prior to the start of the main event, your third Video Message is sent directly to all active participants.
Fourth Video: 1-2 days prior to the end of the main event, your fourth Video Message is sent to all active participants who have not visited the event.
Post Event – Mobile Video Messaging Sequence
Fifth Video: 2 days following the conclusion of the main event, your fifth Video Message is sent to everyone on the original list, excluding those who have already made a purchase.
Sixth Video: 1 day prior to the end of the post event, your sixth Video Message is sent to the active participants, excluding those who have already made a purchase.
